With a variety of equipment to choose from, we're sure you'll be happy working out with us.The Circuit Training workout helps you improve your shape, get back those curves and helps you increase your strength and stamina. The Circuit Training workout is designed for any fitness level, any age, whether your male or female. All of our machines have resistance dials so it is up to you how hard you make the workout.
Our Cardio area is equipped with treadmills(5), ellipticals(2), bikes(3),and ab machines. We even have a bow flex in this area. Plus at Just 4 You Fitness we also have an Aerobic area. Choose from a variety of different aerobic dvd's to get a complete workout designed for you. Enjoy this area with a group of friends or lead your own class.
Tanning and Sauna sessions are also available to members and non-members.We currently have one tanning bed and one infrared sauna.
At Just 4 You Fitness you will get the personal touch and attention that you deserve to help reach your goals. We strive to keep you motivated unlike other fitness centers in the area. We constantly have contests, games and challenges to keep you coming back for more. Plus We REWARD you for being a member.
