What is Bootcamp?
By attending Bootcamp you will embark on a fitness journey. You will be able to get your body moving the way it used to when you were younger. You will lose fat from all over your body and have fun doing it, in a group setting. You will be amazed on the results you see.
3rdSession Beginner/Advanced Bootcamp is a 10 week fitness program designed for anybody! Even if you have never done anything like this before Bootcamp can help you! Yes the workouts can be intense, but we also make modifications for you if you can't do it. 
Next Boot Camp Class will be held this January. Starts January 9th 2012. Reserve your spot now, 10 Spots available. If your interested in taking the class call for more details. .  We are waiting to decide class times after we receive feedback from you on what times work. Either early mornings or evenings. Workouts will be outside and if weather changes we will be doing workouts indoors.  Below is a list of FAQ's that may help assist you in deciding if Bootcamp is for you.

Class Times:4 Class times to choose from to help meet your schedule
Mondays & Wednesdays- Noon -1pm or 4-5pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays 6am-7am or 5-6pm
FAQ's
 
What should I bring to BootCamp?
You should wear comfortable clothes and a good pair of running shoes. Dress Warm(in layers), for we may use the great outdoors if weather permits, but be ready to sweat. You may bring your own towel and water, but towels are available at the gym and we have bottled water for just $1. Also please bring your own mat for floor exercises.
 
I have never done anything like this before- Will I make it?
Yes, we do not ask anyone to do more than they can do safely.
 
How much weight will I lose?
The answer is up to you. The average amount of weight you will lose is 5-6 pounds of fat per month. The ones that have the greatest success are the ones who work hard and adjust their eating habits.
 
What happens if I don't show up?
Aside from the obvious loss of a great workout; your team may have to do extra push-ups,sit-ups,etc. Excuses are what has got you to the way you are now. Yes things come up but no we will not reimburse you or give you another free session. Bootcamp is designed to help you stay committed.Yes you may get a phone call from the group encouraging you to come. If you call us with the reason your not able to make it the group will go easy on you.
 
Can anyone do Bootcamp?
Yes, Just 4 You Members, Non-members, men, women, children...Everyone that wants to give it a try, is encouraged to attend.
